Village

Registration: After parking your vehicles in the spaces indicated by signs or by staff, please make your registration at the Reception Desk which is opened 24h (except for some restrictions in seasons A and B)
Keys Delivery: Completed the registration procedure and only after 05:00 p.m. We suggest you to plan your arrival for this time; in any case you can use the services of the structure since the registration.
Cars and Motorbikes: During the stay they must be parked in the appropriate spaces outside the structure; cars are admitted inside the structure only at the arrival (only after the keys delivery) and at the departure (only after the issuing of the invoice) to facilitate the baggage loading and unloading and for a maximum of 2 hours. During the hours of silence is forbidden to move the cars inside the structure, we please you to do not stand in front of the Reception and to follow the instructions of staff.
Deposit: At the arrival we will ask you a money amount in order to guaranty the compensation of possible damages, also accidental, caused in the accommodation (whether structural or in the supplies); so we please you to verify the integrity of the accommodation at the arrival, using the inventory affixed in every accommodations (usually inside the kitchen cabinet) and to communicate to the reception any failure or defect within two hours after your arrival.
Inspection procedure: to guaranty what specified above, it's our practice to control the integrity of the accommodation before the guests check-out, in the hours between 08.00 a.m. and 10.00 a. m. At the arrival, we please you to tell us the time that you prefer for this appointment which can be chosen between some appointments set. At the scheduled time, the agreed staff will collect the key by checking that the accommodation is free from guest’s personal property. In case of delay in this procedure due to the guest, it will be charged a penalty of one night on the total amount.
Receipt issue: The receipt can be collect at the cash desk from 24 hours before the departure. Only after the issuance of the receipt the guest can enter with his vehicle inside the structure.

NOTE: These conditions and procedures are an integral part of the residence contract and are explicitly accepted by signing the booking form and / or registration.
