The rules and guidelines in the holiday contract are meant to ensure a serene coexistence and an enjoyable holiday for everybody. They concern environmental protection, the use of infrastructure and behavioral norms: a manual to leading a peaceful life in a small and special holiday place, under a magnificent pinewood forest, directly on the shore of the sea.
