Contract&Privacy - INTERNAL RULES
THE REGULATIONS ARE IN BOLD TYPE, THE RELATED CONDITIONS IN NORMAL PRINT, AND THE EXPLANATIONS IN ITALIC.

For the purpose of everybody’s enjoyment while on holiday, it is important (a conviction shared by many of our guests) to have a basic contract governing environmental protection, the use of the structures and with a few rules of behaviour: a guide on how best to live together in this small and special holiday world, set in a magnificent forest at the edge of the sea.

1) ENVIRONMENT:
A) VEGETATION: the vegetation of the camping resort, both in itself and because it provides a habitat for numerous animal species, is a rare naturalistic heritage; it is subject to professional care and attention which demand the collaboration of all guests, even in the details.
It is forbidden to tamper with the vegetation in any way, to hang up hammocks or clothes lines, to fix or hang objects of any other kind, or to attach electrical cables. Our personnel is authorized to detach without notice anything at all attached to the trees in violation of these regulations. We suggest that guests bring portable clothes-racks with them, or use stakes to attach clothes-lines or other things. In the event of cutting down or removal of vegetation, the person responsible will be expelled from the campsite, without prejudice to compensation for damages and other legal measures. We would like to remind our guests that certain species are “protected” and we suggest that guests acquaint themselves with the contents of the public notices relating to the local flora and its characteristics.

B) MAINTENANCE OF THE PITCH: guests must keep the allocated area clean and in good order; it is not permitted to dig holes and, should this become necessary in the face of exceptional and imperative meteorological conditions, once such an event is over the terrain must be immediately restored to its original state: we would like to remind guests that the soil is sandy and it normally absorbs rainwater; we would therefore ask them to pay attention to how they pitch their tents or their caravan verandas in relation to the slope of the terrain; the pine needles are important for the creation of humus and must not be removed.

C) WASTE WATER AND WASHING WATER: for obvious ecological reasons it is forbidden to pour waste water, water with detergents and water used for washing vehicles (even partially): for the waste water from camper-vans and caravans there are special user points located as shown on the camping resort plan; for water originating from the sinks or washbasins of the caravans, we suggest placing a recipient under the outlet for collecting water, which can then be disposed of in the bathrooms; for vehicle washing, we recommend using the car wash services by the nearest service stations, since the runoff water which inevitably contains hydrocarbons and oils would be contaminate the soil of the pinewood forest.

D) WASTE RECYCLING: a basic prerequisite of the European Union environmental norm ISO 14001, for which this resort is certified, is the proper disposal of waste material. To this end, all guests are required to follow the instructions written or shown on the appropriate waste containers.
2) MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, RADIOS AND TV SETS: this rule, which for us is traditional, constitutes the best way of guaranteeing a peaceful stay to all our guests. As a result, it is forbidden to use such objects for the entire span of 24 hours. It is also forbidden to display radio or TV antennas of any kind. For guests’ convenience, there are television sets installed at the central bar and at the seaside bar. In compliance with the legal regulations, in the vicinity of the camping resort (beach) it is not permitted to behave in such a way as to disturb, in this case to cause disturbance to the inhabitants of the camping resort..
3) SILENCE: a fundamental element for peaceful coexistence within the camping resort, silence is to be observed during the hours displayed, normally 22.00-08.00 and 13.00-16.00. During the hours of silence, it is forbidden to assemble or disassemble tents, to speak in a loud voice, to transit in cars or caravans and to behave in any noisy manner whatsoever; this rule holds equally for children and adults; the use of the playground at these times is permitted. The areas involved in performances may follow different hours for events in the interests of the guests, without any objections held valid.
4) FIRE: an important risk in a wood such as ours featuring resinous trees in a dry and windy area, demanding a sense of responsibility on the part of everyone.
IT IS FORBIDDEN BY LAW TO LIGHT OPEN FIRES IN THE WOODS, OR AT LESS THAN 300 METERES OF DISTANCE: Consequently it is forbidden to light fires or charcoal or wood burners either on the pitches or on the beach: failure to observe these rules is considered a crime. The use of the special masonry barbecues provided by the camping resort is permitted on windless days and in accordance with the rules which are displayed on the site, with special reference to the rule of never leaving the fire unattended, the prohibition on the use of inflammable liquids, paper, pinecones or dry branches to light the fire, that is of any method which produces flames of an inconsistent character and which can produce sparks.
Gas stoves can be used in the pitches, as long as they are not less than a meter from the vegetation. It is forbidden to smoke in the stretch of wood between the sea and the area of the camping pitches. It is forbidden to tamper with, or to use for purposes other than fire-fighting, the instruments specifically provided for this purpose, such as shovels, hydrants and extinguishers. Guests are requested to extinguish matches and cigarettes with care. Violation of the above rules, which constitutes a serious risk to people and things, and the legal sanctions also implicate expulsion from the camping resort. We suggest that guests examine the fire-fighting equipment available in the vicinity of their pitch and in the paths to the sea. Guests are encouraged consult the procedures for using the hydrants and extinguishers in the most effective manner which are displayed at the Management Offices.
5) WATER: in an area of shortage, drinking water is obtained using water conditioning and desalination plants, while as far as nondrinking water supplies are concerned (street cleaning, WC flushes and fire-fighting plant) water is recycled through a system designed to save the groundwater. We ask guests to display the maximum civil responsibility in avoiding wastage or improper use, for example leaving taps running, acts which are expressly forbidden through the present contract. A correct individual use of the water resources is to the advantage of all the guests and helps to conserve groundwater
6) TRAFFIC REGULATIONS: these restrictions are designed for the general peace of the camping resort, the safety of children and fire prevention. The circulation of vehicles is limited to unloading upon arrival and loading upon departure; both operations should not last more than two hours, and are in any case forbidden during the hours of silence. Electric vehicles are not permitted to circulate in the camping resort as a substitute for bicycles. Camper-vans, which are admitted if equipped with extinguisher, are subject to restrictions on circulation for the unloading of chemical WCs, on exit and on re-entry to the camping resort for excursion purposes (between 12.00 and 22.00). The speed limit for all vehicles – bicycles, cars and camper-vans – is 4 km/h, that is walking pace. The Management of the camping resort is entitled to confiscate the bicycle of any minor who is discovered proceeding at a speed faster than walking pace (the primary cause of accidents to people within the camping resort) restoring the bicycle to the adult in charge of the minor in question. Bikes are not allowed inside the playground. Service vehicles may circulate freely at any time of the day or night. Motorbikes and motor scooters are not allowed inside the camping resort.
7) CAR PARKS: separate from the camping resort and always accesible to guests.
8) PETS: forbidden.
9) CLOTHING: it is forbidden to go topless within the camping resort; it is forbidden for children to be unclothed in the shops, restaurant and bar.
10) SWIMMING AND SAILING: the legal regulations in force governing sailing and anchorage within 200 meters of the shore and the use of public and private beaches apply. Lifeguards are obliged to prevent or obstruct violations which, in this discipline, always constitute a disturbance or danger to persons.
11) PLAYGROUNDS: these areas are conceived for children’s play, and adults are only permitted entry in relation to this function; consequently, these parks are reserved for children under the age of 12. ACCESS FOR ADULTS ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN: because of weight limits, the equipment must not be used by children over 12. Bicycles are not allowed in the playground. Violation of the rules entails the expulsion of the person responsible from the playground.
Divieto di accesso in bicicletta. Infrazione a tali norme comporta l’allontanamento del responsabile dal parco giochi.
12) CONTRACTUAL FINES AND COMPENSATION OF DAMAGES: € 50.00 for all violations of arts. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11a; € 100.00 for all violations of arts 4 and 21; all violations as ascertained by our surveillance and technical personnel. The payment of the fine may be requested at the time of expulsion from the camping resort. The contractual fine does not exempt the guest involved from the compensation due for all damage caused, beyond the entity of the fine, and for all else incurred in the event of violation of the law.
