The Village has 15 pitches, shaded by the foliage of the pines, in which are located:

• 15 accommodation of new design and construction with a size of 34 sqm. and able to accommodate up to 6 people (2 + 2) adults in the two bedrooms, 1 adult + 1 child in the sofa bed in the living area.

The characteristics that distinguish this new type of accommodation from the others (Mobile Home Easy and Bungalow PuntAla) are the followings:

• a different distribution of spaces, a rectangular floor plan , the convenience of two bathrooms each one distinct and with an independent access from each of two bedrooms; air conditioning and heating. These apartments are the best located near the sea (maximum distance of 100 meters) and are in a recently revalued area . The accommodation, in addition to electricity and water supply(equivalent to 200 liters of drinking water per person per day), includes all furnishings, crockery, cutlery and general equipment for the kitchen, outdoor area with table and chairs, bed linen and towels (changed weekly).

Technical Description:
For an energy-saving, the supply of interior and exterior have been designed in full compliance with the criteria of "eco-efficiency" dictated by the Tuscan Region: a wooden structure with well caulked walls and roofs; a computerized energy management system that, thanks to the modern home automation, will control the opening of the fixtures, the switching on and off of the air conditioner and other electrical, avoiding waste (always under the our control and of the guest thanks to a touch-screen supplied in every accommodation) and ensuring a high temperature coefficient. Even the interior design is innovative: fabrics and finishes of modern design, an artistic canvas different in every home, will give an artistic flavor to your living room thanks to the landscape painting of Diantha Chirino who have been commissioned paintings (the artist and curator of painting course "paintaway tuscany" - details on www.paintawaytuscany.com).
