Punta Ala *:
half-day excursion (approx. 3 hrs) along the coastline through pinewood forest, flat riding until the small hill, swift downhill to the elegant port of Punta Ala.
Cala Violina**:
half-day excursion (approx. 3 hrs) to a secluded bay with turquoise-green waters surrounded by dense forest; we travel through farmland, then ride under the cover of a tree canopy, then down to the open views of the bay, all the way back to the resort along gentle single tracks (do not forget your swimming gear!)
Single Track***:
half-day excursion (approx. 3 hrs) to the sandy beach of Cala Violina, along the coast line, up to stunning view points and back along a single track (7 km) of easy and fast downhill.
Parco Regionale della Maremma*:
full day excursion, ideal for the whole family, to the national nature park. Along a flat path, through farmland, to the wide estuary of the Ombrone for a sight of Maremma’s wilderness and wind-swept beaches. (Bring bathing gear).
Elba Island – Monte Perone *:
full day excursion, with transfer by car and ferry. Ride along the Monte Perone (630 m) mountain flanks and down to Marina di Campo for a picnic. Transfer by van to Porto Ferraio for a ride through the port and city center.
Montioni Park***:
half-day excursion.Inside the park and nature reserve of Poggio three gates, through the hills covered by dense native vegetation and protohistoric settlement, Etruscans, Romans until the medieval buildings.
